Though I always appreciate the Fall when it rolls around, I’m a warm weather girl in my soul. Both climates provide ample opportunity for creative and fun styling, and offer lots of fun activities, but there’s something undeniably uplifting about sunlight. It’s been tough grinning and bearing the long winter the Midwest is experiencing (probably normal, probably should have prepared). Slowly, Spring continues to fight back and have her days. With today giving me just enough sun and warmth, I took the opportunity to let my pedicure shine!

Since we’re just getting into the 60s and 70s on a somewhat regular basis here, I’m still layering. I kept it light with a short, cotton khaki jacket, short-sleeved white tee shirt, and a maxi skirt with a knee-high slit. It was cool and comfortable, just like lady Spring.
