Life moves quickly. I’m always surprised at how suddenly Monday turns into Friday. Like most, I’m undeniably grateful when the weekend rolls around, but we can’t forget that the majority of our lives occur during weekdays. It’s important to pause and take account of our lives, to reflect on where we are and if our actions are getting us to where we want to be. Whether it be weekly, monthly, or farther apart, make sure to prioritize those all important reflection moments.
